同程14.2亿港元控股嘀嗒：顺风车终于等来了靠山

6月29日，同程旅行与嘀嗒出行发布联合公告，同程旅行旗下艺龙公司，拟通过自愿有条件全面现金要约收购嘀嗒出行全部已发行股份。要约价为每股1.3875港元，较嘀嗒最后一个交易日1.23港元收盘价溢价约12.8%，要约总金额约14.2亿港元。
