Bad performance and low GPU and CPU usage. Is there something I can do? (i3-10100, GTX970, 16GB RAM). As long as I know, I should be able to get well over the refresh rate of my monitor (144), and actually in the video the game was running "decently", sometimes it can barely reach 60FPS.
