Just for a change I thought I would share printing on board. In my monoprinting I am usually focused on showing as much of the unique detail of the plants I print with as possible but with this project my aims were a little different. Nature walk and printing with children… This is such a wonderful activity; my little book focuses on children ages 3-11 but this little one is only 2 and he loved it. We talked about different parts of the leaves, the seeds and berries we can eat and those we cant. He loved collecting things and deciding which would be good for the printing session later… it was a great way to slow down and really look at the world around him.
